Interior: caulking and silicone can be removed around tubs/sinks/showers and replaced with new material. There are a variety of caulking and silicone products on the market in many different colors. We try to match the surrounding surfaces as good as possible. 

Exterior: we can remove/replace caulking around all windows, doors, thresholds, etc. 

**note** During normal painting procedures, caulking is replaced/applied as needed and is part of general perparation tactics.
